If you are a local to the area, it’s easy to find as we are located a two minute walk from Sandringham hospital, and the corner of Bluff and Tulip st.

Kathy has been practising law since 1985 and from Black Rock since 1996. She focuses on treating each client with an individual, empathetic and highly knowledgeable approach. Listening to clients is a key mantra for Kathy as it is not always clear what best serves the needs of clients in the circumstances. Once she has taken full instructions, solutions can be tailored to best fit her clients. She has special interests in trying to ensure the law is applied fairly and helps her clients. Outside of the law she has special interests in travel, sailing and reading.

Geoff has been at Moorhouse Perks since 2019. Geoff specialises in conveyancing and computer technical support. He will help you with all your new property purchase needs. Geoff is a renaissance man, he loves spending time sailing, restoring old boats, and is an avid photographer and film buff.

Greg has been at Moorhouse Perks since 2019. Greg specialises in conveyancing and is our IT guru. He will assist with video support if you decide to video conference in on your appointments. He can also help with document transfers etc. Greg enjoys a good coffee, kayaking, spending time with his grandchild and watching the stock market – ask him for his latest tips.

During the COVID -19 pandemic this office is remaining open for business.
In many instances you will not require a face to face meeting with me and email and telephone will be sufficient.
Document sharing technology is also available so that we can work on a document, in real time, together.
If you have access to an iPad, mobile telephone or computer and you do require a “face to face meeting” – for example if I need to verify that it is you who is providing instructions to me, I can arrange a video conference meeting with you.
Our Courts and Tribunals are making arrangements to either delay hearings or where hearings cannot be delayed, to hold hearings via video conferencing.
Land Transactions are already largely electronic and do not require a physical presence in any venue.
Probate applications are currently able to be made via post from our office.
As the situation develops check our website for updates on what type of work requires face to face meetings and what can be done remotely.
